Warranty & Return Policy

Effective June 2025

Manufacture's Defects Only

Warranty covers only manufacture's defects. Damage or defects due to other causes such as negligence, misuse, improper operation, power fluctuation, lightning or other natural disaster, sabotage or accident, etc., are not included under this warranty.

Repairs or replacements necessitated by such causes not covered by the warranty are subject to charges for the replaced item, labour, time, and materials.

Warranty Void If

Applicable to Motherboards, Memory Modules, Hard Disks, VGA Cards, Add-on Cards & Related Components

Electronic Chips, Components, or Copper Paths

Burning, damaging, or cracking
Overheating or discoloration
Missing components or parts
Corrosion or oxidation by natural effect or any condition

Contact pins bent or damaged (CPU Socket, Ext...)
Dropped or outer casing/surface damage
Insects damage, burning marks (Power Supply, Any Component, Ext...)
Warranty sticker, serial numbers, or model numbers erased, damaged, or broken

LCD Monitors

LCD Monitors are replaced under warranty only for three (3) or more than zero bright pixels.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods once sold are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

Late Payments & Periods

The company reserves the right to charge an interest of 3% per month on accounts not settled after the due date.

The applicable warranty period is mentioned against each individual item at the time of purchase.
