• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Site.
• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Technocare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• All content on this Site — including images, descriptions, and prices — is the property of Technocare and may not be reproduced without permission.

• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occur.
• All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Technocare reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and offer the correct price or a full cancellation.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

• Placing an order on this Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and confirmation message.
• We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and in-store payment.
• For bank transfers, orders will be processed after payment confirmation is received.
• Technocare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

• We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Express delivery is available in Colombo districts 1–12, subject to availability.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Technocare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient.

• Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on each product page.
• Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, liquid damage, and misuse are not covered.
• Seller/local warranties are handled directly by Technocare. Brand warranties are handled through the respective brand service centres.
• To claim a warranty, contact us at sales@technocare.lk with your order details and proof of purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of processing your orders and improving your experience.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Our Site uses cookies to remember your preferences and analyse traffic. You may decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner.
• Your session is secured with an encrypted token that expires after 24 hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Sri Lankan law, Technocare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Technocare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
